Founded in 2006 by Matthew Kesler, President. We are a well developed company with deep roots in customer service, quality craftsmanship and many years of experience. Since 2006, we have been providing: commercial upfits, new construction, and remodeling for residential dwellings.

Since my youth, I have always had a strong passion for building and managing. In 1997, I gained a certificate in Drafting from Floyd County High School and continued to develop my technical and entrepreneurial spirit. I continued my education at New River Community College and graduated in 2002 with an Associate Degree in Architecture and General Studies. Prior to graduating NRCC, I formed MTK Properties, a rental company that owns and manages commercial and residential properties. After graduating NRCC, I became project manager and estimator for HF Interiors Inc. of Roanoke. During that time, I managed MTK properties and was Vice president of Interior Contracting. In 2006, I formed Kesler Contracting and Property Management, a general contracting company that focuses on commercial and residential building along with commercial and residential property management. With joint efforts, I became President of Virginia Shoreline Contractors in 2011. I continue my passion to develop new opportunities and attribute my success to hard work, employees, family and friends.
